While we understand it is disappointing when a product is no longer available, please know we are committed to ensuring you have what you need to manage your diabetes on your current CGM, and our level of service will not change. We streamline our product offering with the introduction of future technology to provide you with a unified experience. Medtronic has initiated a planned discontinuation of the commercial availability of the Sugar.IQ™ app. This simplification of our offering in no way impacts the effectiveness or safety of our products.
The app will be removed from the app store effective April 1, 2022.

Will the Sugar.IQ™ app be available to download after March 31, 2022?
The app will be removed from the app store effective April 1, 2022. Any new users will not be able to download or use the app.
Will the Sugar.IQ™ app be available to customers who downloaded it before March 31, 2022?
Existing users will no longer be able to access the Sugar.IQ™ app after this date as their login will be disabled.
Will an existing customer be able to access their logged information after Sugar.IQ is no longer available?
Sugar.IQ app users will not be able to access logged information on the app after the discontinuation date.
Is there an alternative app that we can offer to existing Sugar.IQ™ app users?
At this time there is not a replacement for the Sugar.IQ app.
