Medtronic access and affordability programs

Family with a piggy bank

Most insurance plans reset their deductibles and medication tiers at the beginning of the year. As a result, your out-of-pocket costs are typically higher because you’ve yet to reach your medication and device copays. Additionally, insurance plans may or may not cover therapies that you need, resulting in out-of-pocket costs.

To help make diabetes technology more affordable, Medtronic offers several programs that may reduce out-of-pocket costs for insulin pumps, continuous glucose monitors (CGMs), smart insulin pens, and ongoing supplies. Explore our access programs to learn which may be applicable to you.

Insulin pump programs for new and current customers

Flex payment plan

If you’re ready to start insulin pump therapy and CGM, we also offer a flexible payment plan for as little as $50 per month, depending on insurance. Flex payments cover your out-of-pocket cost for a Medtronic insulin pump and starter kit. Monthly payments include a $6-per-month service fee.

Device upgrade offers

If you’re a current Medtronic customer, we also have options available to upgrade your current device.

If you’re on multiple daily injections

InPen Access program
