Find your serial number


Device: MiniMed™ 780G insulin pump

You may need your pump serial number if you call 24-Hour Technical Support.

There are three places to find the serial number of your insulin pump:

  1. On the back of your pump.

  2. On the Pump Status screen.

  3. In your Diabetes.shop account.



1. Look on the back of your pump

The serial number (SN) is located on the back of your pump. If you are using the belt clip, you will need to remove the belt clip to view the serial number. Look for the letters "SN" (which stands for serial number). Your serial number will start with NG and be followed by a series of numbers and letters.

2. Look on the Pump Status screen

The model number can also be located on your Pump Status screen.

  1. From the Home Screen, press the Up arrow.

  2. Select Pump.

  3. Scroll down until you see “SN” followed by NG and seven numbers.

3. Look in your Diabetes.shop account.

Your serial number is located on the Device page within your online account. Sign in to Diabetes.shop to access.
